I use my middle finger. I cut the tip of my index finger off some years ago and it just became habbit to use my middle finger to do things with.

No worries. I dont even notice. The strangest part is that my son(6 years old) uses his middle finger also. He even points with it. Which does make it more interesting in puplic.
