First accident ever!
Do not use that shop. If they do not get their paint from Honda, it will not match, blending is geat, but to be used to make sure two same colors are not noticably different due to age. Using blending to match two different whites is crap. Ask the SF group for a good shop that will get factory paint. Make sure they blend well, and also make sure they take the time to pull the bumper completely off including the reinforcement and absorbtion foam to make sure there is not any unseen damage.

luckily you have GPW as i've seen very nice GPW matches as it is relatively easy to match

Honda doesn't sell paint. The body shop can buy the paint from any major paint manufacturer. The important part is that they use the proper paint code.
