You have no clue either its a inline 6; not a V6.
Look at you trying to be all cool.

You're wrong also. A 2JZ is obviously two 1JZ's side by side.

The F22c sits behind the shock tower, that doesn't mean the 2jz does. Eitherway, its just someone's delusional pipe dream without some pictures and dyno charts. I can post that I converted my S2000 into a helicopter, but this doesn't prove anything...
The 2jz isn't to much longer than the f20/f22, maybe a foot or o longer. Regardless, it's block is iron, not alluminum. So I retract my previous statement.. Maybe if it was a rb26 which in my opinion owns the 2jz... 87mm bore like the S but with a 72mm stroke.. Mucho rpm possibilities, and alluminum block too.

FYI. Somebody on the other forum was working on a 5.0 Ford swap. I didn't get it either. I wouldn't settle for anything than an LS2 for a V8 swap.

the engine doesnt make the car IMO. it is certainly the heart of the car, but engines can be swapped, the car remains.

Take for example a Civic. IF you put a k20 into it does the civic become an RSX? no its still a civic. If you put a S2000 motor into a Lotus does the lotus become an S2000? No that would be obsurd, The Lotus would still be a lotus except powered by something better.

Hell a Lotus with a Rover engine or a Celica engine is STILL a damn LOTUS.

So an S2000 with a F22C or even a 2JZ is still an S2000.

So silverstwok I applaud you for thinking outside the box and giving the S2000 a engine with some real balls and a driveline which can take it like a man.
i agree that the engine does not make the car, but there are so many aspects of the S that make it an S....I'm not quite sure on the specs of the 2jz blah blah engine, but i'm sure it weighs a little bit more than the F22C does right? so then wouldn't that throw off the suspension? and if the car doesn't handle like a S anymore, and it doesn't rev like one, and doesn't sound like one....isn't it just a Supra with a S2000 body kit?

First of all GPWhiteS2kFTW, my name is BrYan Scott, his name is BrIan Proctor. We both have Silverstone S2000's. His is a 2001 with a 2JZ in it and mine is a 2003 with a T-3/4 in it. I also have a 2JZ Yellow 2003 S2000. He never owned a Yellow one. I own www.stwok dot com. He is the creator/inventor of the 2JZ S2000 I am not. We are not the same person, despite what you think.

It might not be the heart and soul of an S2000 but many would agree that it should be a very interesting car. If you can maintain any type of reliability ,you have an auto that will produce a lot of interesting conversations.
This would probably best be described as a hot-rod that (just so happens) looks like an S2000.
You may be in for many more mods after this project is complete.
