I purchased the Slime kit with the compressor at Pep Boys for $20 bucks. Great (and inexpensive) peace of mind.
As already stated, if the tire isn't demolished this is the way to go.
Tires are much better these days than they were in the past. I've had "blowouts" in years past and never lost control of my car. With todays tires blowouts are only a rather remote possibility that I easily live with and without fear..

I have used it before with good results. Nothing permanent but like ppl mentioned it gets the car going again until the tire can be patched or replaced.

I changed tires for a couple of yrs, When ppl brought tires in with Fix a Flat in them in was NOT a big deal, All I did is rub the wheel with a shop towl to remove the liquid, I had never had fix a flat explode out when the bead was broken. Some of the responses are just out there.

I have no idea what you are even trying to say
People that use cans-o-magic ("germans") create dangerous situtations (accidents) for other innocent people (me, my family, your family, etc.) on the road, just to save some time. Why dont you respond to the rest of the post?

I geuss I should apoligize to myself. I used your reference of "germans" to refer to people that use cans-o-magic.
Just for the record you are still trying to say.... the use of a spare < use of slime, you should be apoligizing for this.

I think myself, Jack and Doug have pretty much covered everything-you should probably apologize to any and all on this forum who are of German descent.
stright from slimes website....
WARNING:... SLiME WILL NOT SEAL SIDEWALL PUNCTURES OR BEAD LEAKS AND SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH FAULTY VALVES OR DAMAGED RIMS.

When your tire goes low there is a reason why. It can be a puncture you can see or one you do not, or both. Why risk it?

YOU ARE WRONG

I put Germans in quotation marks. Quoting you. I am German and 12 other natonalities, so do not come at me with this racist crap. My great great grandparents and my great granfather (who is still alive) escaped from Nazi Germany and migrated here. So end that nonsense NOW.

I would love it if I never had to chnge a tire again to tell you the truth. i just do not like to hear people give poor advice, and then listen to the horror stories this advice creates. I am done and will be ignoring all furtherposts you create. Buenos noches, i have spanish homework to do.
