Someone mentioned to me that there is a tire puncture sealer that comes in a can with enough air in it to get you back on the road for awhile. Is this a good idea for the S2000, so as not to have to use the rinky-dink spare?

If you have a slow leak, using this stuff is ok. It won't inflate a tire with moderate damage. Make sure that if you use it to tell the tire repair people. It gets all over them when they remove the tire from the wheel.

Only use this in an emergency. That stuff is the worst stuff known to man. It's also very flammable. You can't properly fix a tire (patch-plug) after it's been used. The patch will never really stick well. Buy a small air tank & inflate the tire to get you to a place that can fix your tire properly.
