Floor Jacks (Again :p )
Wow, you guys really have trouble with a floor jack on the rear diff? I thought my floor jack was tough, but it's no problemo on the rear.
The front is another story. As suggested, I drive the car up on some 2x4s and then I can get at the front crossmember for jacking.
gomarlins, why do you need wood for road emergency? Doesn't your Honda jack work fine without raising the body?

I happen to have 2 floor jacks. One is a really cheap one that I use to jack up the side if the car enough so that I can use my blue Harbor Freight jack to fit under the front end and by doing that it gives me enough room to use the jack handle without slamming it into either the front or rear bumper.
