Since my old pep boys floor jack is too high to slide under the S2K from either the side or the front, I jack from the back first using the differential jacking pad. Then, I place jack stands under the rear jacking points. By sliding jack under car from the side, just behind a front wheel, I am able place floor jack under the center jacking pad on the cross member. A little bit of positioning required to allow for front jack stand placement on side with floor jack. Thus, I am only raising car twice to place four jack stands. Remove jack stands in reverse order.

I'd love to be able to lift it near the weight center on the side so as not to cover the designated side jack spots which is where I place jack stands. I never rely on the jack if I am anywhere near going under - the stands are always in place. The configuration and dimension of my garage makes it difficult to get the low profile jack to to the center jack points, front or rear. It can be done, and I have done it many times, but is is a PIA.

People make these out of two pairs of hockey pucks. Youtube for instructions.

I made the wooden mini ramps, but its a pain to use them. Place them, get in, drive up, get out, just so I can get jack under center front jack point.

So instead I bought a second trolly jack. The cheapest, smallest aluminum one from Harbor Freight. I place it on a side, front jack point, the rocker panel pinch weld, then jack car up just enough to get my bigger jack under jack point. I fimd this much faster and easier than the wood mini ramps.

You can just jack the car from the middle on the side on the pinch weld. Jack it up and put your jackstands on their spots

Not following that. You jack one side of the car from the middle? Like from the center area of rocker area, not at reinforced areas? Then place the two jack stands for that side, then do the other. Several things wrong with that, so I assume thats not what you meant. Can you please elaborate?

3 times for me and it keeps me on actual jack points the whole time. I timed myself last time and it was under 5 minutes. I'd be too afraid of bending the rocker with this.

1) Jack rear side and place jack stand on front side
2) Jack front middle and place jack stand on opposite front side
3) Jack rear diff and place 2 stand on the two rear points

Thats exactly what I mean, chock the opposite wheel first of course. The pinch weld extends the full length of the side.

You do this routinely and no damage? Do you lift with jack right on the pinch weld? Any sort of pad or adapter?

You won't damage anything as long as you are on the pinch weld. I'm using a typical quick pump jack has like a 3" circular lift point with some rubber padding on it that sometimes falls off.
