I'd have got a hotel and called off work and waiting it out rather than driving the S in those conditions. You have large balls or are just nuts!

Sounds like your driving ability kept you on the road...good job. It wouldn't be so bad on a highway when nobody is around, but the long black ice drive I did was a harrowing white-knuckle adventure with cars all over.
