Default Found a spare part! Uh, what is it?

I was taking off the hardtop for the season and found this rolling around when I put the ragtop up. It's a little rubbery thing and have no idea where it came from. Anyone have an idea?

Edited:

I think that is a soft top bumper/protector when you have the hardtop on to protect the soft top from hitting the hardtop. Look for a black metal bracket on the bottom left and right side of the hardtop, these should be attached to it.

The rubber spacer? OP's part doesn't look like a rubber spacer. https://www.handa-accessories.com/S2000/s2k2top.pdf

Nope, I remember the brackets with the rubber bumpers attached to them on my car before the soft top was removed. I would have to look through some parts diagrams to figure out what they are called. I think one bracket is $30-40 with a rubber bumper on it.

that is from the hardtop. Look by the rear window of the hardtop, there are two metal brackets, each bracket has a rubber bumper and that is what you have pictured,
