No it's black...and the second i get my car back from the body shop tomorrow i'm going to take the front plate off and put the neuspeed cover on. If it looks stupid just going to put the plugs.

Hey Jim....already have Euro Style plates on my Acura. Sporting Lisbon design on the side. E Carapao on the plate.
