Front grills: Do they make your engine run hot?
I have the front grill and the side grills that i've cut -out in anticipation of getting the Comptech CAI. I believe axcilla when he says that the side vents lower the temp. After a hard run I got out quickly and popped the hood. I grabbed the hood prop and horn and it was cool at the end where the airflow comes into the engine from the side vent.
I've had the front grill for almost 2 years and have never seen anything over 3 bars on the temp gauge. It's been over 100 degrees w/ 90+% humidity and everything stays cool.
It looks good and helps keep your radiator from getting hit with road debris.

Stainless looks very nice on the Sebring, but I would do all 3 at the same time. It's a good idea to sink a self tapping screw into the side vents. I lost one of the side grills and had to order another set. A black headed screw in the upper corner is only visible when you're looking from just off the ground. My grill has picked up dozens of dragon flies, a few cockroaches, and various pieces of road garbage. There are a few big nicks, so I assume that some sharp rocks have been bounced away, too. The temp has never neen an issue and it's very hot here (I don't drive it nicely either).
