I forgot what the name was. but anything that will hold plastic and metal together will do. ask anyone at your local hardware store, they should know.

also make sure to wipe the excess glue after you pull the bolt into position, and again to remind you, give it time to dry before you push in the plug.

Same thing happened to me just now but on the driver side, now the metal piece that the plugs go into got pushed back so far I can't even see them now.

I know this thread is old, but any recent s2k owners have thing problem ?

Car is only about 9 days old too =/ I'm not too confident in taking the bumper off, will this be covered under warranty ?

Same thing happend to me. The brackets went and fell inside the bumper. To fix it properly I had to take the front bumper off and put my hand behind the bracket. The nice part is the bumper is held on at the bottom by screws that can easily be removed. The crap part is the bumper is held on by "snap on" clips near the headlights. You gotta be extremely careful when pulling on the bumper not to tear/crack the bumper. OHH and when I did this with my buddy he was smart enough to notice that we didn't have to remove the WHOLE bumper, just enough to get ur hand back there.

Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in with a easier method of getting the bumper off. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses, and I hope we do hear from people with more experience on this. I've used glue gun to bond the plug on the bumper temporarily, hopefully it doesn't get too hot that the glue starts to melt.

If someone can share a guide on removing the bumper, I may risk it.

Oh and thanks killyougood for mentioning the snap on clips near the headlights.
