Front Spoiler and Road Debris
How much ground clearance do you loose if you add the Honda front spoiler to a stock S2K?

I asked the same question about a week ago and the answer that I received (which has proven accurate now that I've installed the front spoiler) is that the difference in ground clearance is very slight.
On top of that, replacing or repainting the front lip spoiler is cheaper than doing the same to the entire front bumper. In my opinion, the front lip is up there on the list of necesarry ad-ons right next to the Muz mat and Rick's center console cover.

I measured about 3/8" reduction in clearance with the spoiler installed. Although it's now getting beat up on the bottom and the sides (scraped the curb a few times), it does a great job of preserving the front bumper. At leat I can just take the spoiler off and get it repainted anytime I want. If I had to get the whole bumper repainted, it would probably be a lot more expensive, and I'd lose the use of the car for a couple of days.
