I get around 220 miles a tank. 10 mile drive to school, somedays I have to drive twice. Lots of stop signs and lights.

I hate the accuracy of the gas guage too. For the last quarter, I start up the car with zero bars even though I know it had 4 the night before. As I drive, the bars start to come back but the gas light is still on. Scares me.. Don't know how I will know if I am ACTUALLY low on gas.

my shifts are quick, by 35-40 mph I'm in 6th gear already, also I'm really topping off the tank, last week I drove 89 miles before I lost any bars on the gauge.

It's true, the gauge is really inaccurate in the last 1/4 of the tank. I had 3 bars left one time, got out to go to Wal-Mart, got back in and had 1 bar left and 2 mins later no bars!

My record high was highway trip from dragon to Raleigh. I was going 55 to 65 mph since I was tired and did not want to think about cops or anything... did 335 for 10.5 gallons.

The record low is 260 with no bar left and filled up about 11 something gallon... don't remember anymore. Auto X and stuck in traffic does drain gasoline
