people above the age of 50 should be required to take an eye and driving test, twice a year...older than 60 needs to be 4 times a year. Anyone caught texting while driving needs to have their license removed as well. Hate stories like this.

This topic isnt about some one running over a small child. Its a bunch of children saying they would punch old women for damaging something that is easily repaired and replaced.

Lol sure... Like Mark355 said - I don't think anyone here would actually take a swing at someone for something accidental. It's an exaggeration because we care about our cars. Just saying "go buy another," while true I guess, overlooks the work, money, and attachment modding a car involves. Yeah, it can be replaced but it'll never be the same. Someone with a Corolla may not care, but we do.
Instead of saying we're a bunch of "sad people," try to sympathize with the OP.

OK! I've got a great idea! So after speaking with insurance the estimates are around $1500 in damage. Seeing as I've always loved the overfender look I spoke to the shop and asked them to just repair and QP a little, match the paint and install overfenders for me. How good of an idea is this? I asked for a personal check from the insurance and I'm REALLY not looking forward to Carfax "accident reported" seeing as it's a little dent. But how good of an idea is this? And what overfenders fit the best with factory bumpers in the rear?

She legitemately was like 100 years old. She got out a $20 cell phone and asked me, "Do you know how to use this camera?". I almost punched her right then and there. She then proceeded to talk to it like it was an iphone saying, "Camera". She does have full coverage it looks like with Farmers so this may not be terrible.
