Default FYI: Willwood 6 pot & BBS RGR...

Well, had high expectations of installing my Willwood 6 pot today. Spent all morning with Sherwin @ Brakezone only to find that every option to install the BBk with my BBS rgr went without success.

I'm thoroughly disappointed. Just wanted to share my experience so that it may avoid any for those that are thinking of working on such a project.

What was the problem? Sorry to hear that you weren't able to get it to work.

I'm running BBS rgr 18x7.5 fronts with a 50 offset. We tried using 3 & 5 mm spacers without success. The multi-spoke design curves out, then in from the center of the wheel. The spokes scrape the caliper. We tried everything from different spacers to going with a smaller rotor (12.2''). The 6 pot, even with it's slim design will not work with this wheel.

The alternative is to go with the 4 pot, but I just had my heart set on the 6, so I'll have to get new wheels or go 4 pot.

Willwood's got the slimmest 6 pot out there.

I looked at Brembo's but I would need like a 15mm spacer with this wheel .
