For all the evacuees, what gas mileage did you all get? I got about ~34.5miles/gallon going to Houston from New Orleans and thats with hitting a snag for about 45 minutes in stop n go traffic. Normally, on the hwy I would get ~30 miles/gal. Is that crazy or what? Yes, I do know how to calculate mileage. I was averaging 65mph.

Any one else have similar results?

 

No.. my best was 30.5, but I've never averaged 65mph highway in my life. I have places to be and people to do.

 

I got 28.8 on my way to chicago but i was in the lexus. (had to leave the S at home )
