thanx guys for your replies.......but did any of you hear about the HKS Carbon Hyper?? i agree with the spoon exhaust but i dont really like the Tip... and it would really like it if i find out how the Tanabe Racing Medalion is...i heard from a friend that the s2000 has some problems with the gearbox (shifting to 2nd gear) is it true?? and is there a solution for it..

Some MY'00 S2000s and reportedly even some MY '01s had a 1-2 gear shift grind problem. This was covered under a technical service bulletin (#055 I think). If you go to the library (top of page), you can find a copy of the TSB.

 

If you don't like the Spoon catback because of the muffler tip, then you should get the new or recently available Apexi N1 catback exhaust ... Hmm, not many people on the board have spoken about this and certainly only a small percentage on the board probably own it as yet.

 

yeah i think ill go for the Apexi N1 catback...and were there any changes in the 2002 s2000?? like the prob shifting problems?? i think once i get the exhaust my next step will be NOS
