My boyfriend thinks I'm nuts for trying to tune up my S2000 he said I'd better be careful or a might "break a nail". He totally pissed me off. I want to hear it from all of you, what are your feelings on girls trying to tune up their cars? Anyone?

 

I think its sexy, what more can you ask for, a girl car tunner and the fact that you have an S2K, so hot.

 

Seeing that your first post was double posted... I'd be inclined to side with your boyfriend.

On the other hand... the thought of a girl in nothing but a half zipped set of coveralls, smeared here and there with grease, working on a car... kind makes my happy place stir.

Hmmmm. If you're going to "tune up" your car, make sure you know a little bit about the engine, and what you are doing.

I put my own intake on, my own strut bar, i tried to put my rims on but i can't lift heavy stuff... my CF hood i held up while my friend screwed it in..
