Costco for $100.
50% of your budget with a good return policy.
Just get a couple of 2X6s with an angle cut on on end and drive the front wheels up on that for jack insertion to the front. Get four good jack stands and properly done, you are in business. Get the jack and 4 jack stands for $200 even (except for tax in your state) Deal.

Costco Arcan or the Harbor Freight, whichever is cheaper.

Raceramps are also nice to have if you're lowered.

Harbor Freight jack works perfect for my stock height S2K. I think I caught it on sale for $75.

Ok Thanks everyone. I have placed an order of Harbor Freight 3 ton low profile floor jack. So, I cannot buy any other model. Thanks everyone.

My buddy recommended the Rodcraft RH215 and I'm very happy I listened to him and purchased this. Very decent equipment, not sure if these are available in the USA though.
Lowest point is 75mm and highest 505mm. It does weigh 40kg, but it rolls around easy on our garage floor.

Haha, Maybe I got lucky but I had my jack for about 3 years now and haven't had a single issue.

If you have a bit more money to spend, this is a good option:
