^ True. Georgia is the only state that I know of that has built in diminution of value into a policy. I believe all carriers are required to include that in Georgia.


On a side note, there are some states that you can seek a diminution of value claim but it would have to be via a third party and not through the carrier. Fault comes into play in that instance though.
