i definitly think it is totalled also. front end damage + air bags = over 70% of the value of the car. i went through having my integra declared a total and you would be surprised with the price of parts and labor.

I'd be more concerned about her insurance company fighting you on who's at fault. Remember, if they can get out of that, they don't have to pay anything. Then you're ####ed and have to put it on yours.

If they do try and screw you, make sure they know you have photos of the scene, that saved my ass the last time a 17 year old girl did the same exact thing to me.

Back in '78 a 16 year old girl punched my X-1/9 in almost exactly the same way. She was driving a Grimlin, so the size differential was about the same. The girl that hit me had gotten her drivers license earlier that very day.

FWIW her company gave me no problems at all, but then she made no effort to deny what had happened, and there were probably 50 witnesses.

This Is 2k of damage on my car. That what allstate paid to get my car fixed now.

An 2000 S2000 with 100000 Miles Suggested Retail Value from Kelley Blue Book is $13,940

The Bumper came out to be $400, the Hood is going to be $800, the Fender is $500, Headlights are $1000, AirBags like $2500, Paint is $2500, Other parts under the hood and behide the bumper $3000
This is my guess i could and maybe Wrong but that how i see it.

Damage Total : $10700
Car Value : 13940
= That car sould be a Total Lost

where are you getting your numbers? the airbags are about $1200 total according to hondaautomotiveparts.com. I came up with somwhere shy of $6k in parts just based on damage in the pictures. I think it's a total loss, too, but your numbers need some support.

Another vote for totalled, but I'm just guessing.

I'm curious to find out whether it is totalled or not.
