Both are pretty much the worst options ever. A 70,000 dollar s2000 won't have any of the charms left that make it an s2000, and a GTR is pretty much the worst "supercar" ever produced. Spending 70k on a car? It's going to have a prancing horse on it. End of story.

Screw that, get a LIGER and have the best of both worlds!

If you get an S2000 with PPG gears, what are you going to do with it? Drive to Walmart or go tracking?

If I were you, I'd get the S2000 and spend $50k on a tow vehicle, trailer and go wheel-to-wheel racing.

Any douche can throw money at a car. It means nothing except that you can throw money at a car. Pick up some skill and feel some real pride.

just spend a couple grand on making your S2k a little nicer, and save the rest. Extra money in the bank is always a good thing.

If you really are set on getting this job with your hookup, then I would look at other cars to start out with. 911 and C6 come to mind.

If I had $70k, I'd get a C6, boost it, get some nice tires and modify the suspension and call it a day. That or find a nice used 911 Turbo. I can't see dropping more than $15-20k worth of mods into an S2000.

Thanks to just about everyone who gave me their opinion, at least most of you have a brain and can give good advice, even if it's not advice one might want to hear, it's still good advice.

If i have 70k to spare I don't think i'll be spending it on the S2K. Prob go GTR ! Thanks everyone!
