Default H&R coil over or Eibach/Koni combo?

I have a 2002 Honda S2000 and need some advice (yes..I used search..found nothing I could use). I would like to lower the car for visual and performance reasons. I am torn between two setups, and would like some advice. Has anyone used either of these suspensions on there car, and what did you think:

1.) H&R coilovers

2.)Eibach springs with Koni shocks

I have never used coilovers, but have heard they can be noisy...I would like some other voices to let me know if this is true. Just some guidance would be nice...or any suggestions that I may have missed. I drive the car year round in Indiana, so the setup must be durable too. Thanks!

I've driven the H&R coils on an S4 they are smooth, and height adj but there is no rebound or compression adj. The koni set up on the other hand I have driven too on a 325 bimmer, my frien had his all the way stiff and it felt like a race set up, stiff. The prob with those is no height adj.

As far as the noise goes, the engine in our car covers just about any sound that they produce, it is not that loud.

The H&R's are what? about $1200. If you are looking for sporty suspension with a good look stick with the koni setup, it will save you money. Now on the other hand If you want to tweek and change your car or commit to a track setup go all the way with TEINs or ZEALs or some thing like that $1600-$2100, but you get all the adjustability then

Ask yourself how often you will mess with the height and dampening and how much you are willing to spend. The retail H&R set up is a half A$$ed coilover setup, now they heve race setups too that are great, but they are custom and big $$. Either save your money or commit to a better coilover. IMO

I would highly recommend the buddy club. Beyond the point that i sell them, i have driven on them and they hug the road like crazy. Everything thinks a 10K spring rate is stiff all around, but those are the NOOBIES that havent road on a set of buddy clubs. With the 15 point dampering setup, you can get it to run just like stock, or race stiff. I was very suprised with the quality of the kit. The kit hands down is far better than Tein, but comparable to Zeals.
