Had to push hood down to get it to latch? Please help

The rubber stoppers turn clockwise to lower them and counter clockwise to raise them. If they are stuck use plyers or spray WD-40 around their base to loosen them up a bit.

I agree withe rest of the people you are never suppose to push down on the stock hood. My body shop guy told me not to because it will cause ripple on the hood. Just drop the hood if it won't go make some adjustment to the latch.

Just like to say thanks for all the help, hope i didnt damage it but oh well carbon fiber is one of my first investments anyways. Thanks again for the quick replys. I found i new love its called "s2ki"

your latch may be some how messed up and may need service or a new one, or your hood is not correctly aligned(sp) if you're car was in an accident from the previous owner, then it is possible that the hood is off center, causing it not to latch correctly....
