hard top owners
I've put my hardtop on by myself once, but I don't recommend it. The chances of messing up your paint with the strikers is too great.
Now I use a hoist from the ceiling of my garage. Harbor Freight sells an electric hoist for $75.00 (I bought it on sale last year) that I attached to my ceiling. I just press a button and lower the top onto the car.
But the fastest way to install the top is like Bass says - two people, two minutes. Taking it off is even faster.
