I paid $1,750 for a pristine used OEM hardtop on eBay. It included all of the mounting hardware and wires and was shipped in the original box using ConWay shipping ... Phoneix to So. California 1 day shipping for $150. Maybe I was just lucky, but I have seen a few more on eBay since I got mine. Make certain that you get the mounting hardware. It is way overpriced and essential.

Got it for $2935 including tax and a charge of 160 to install it.
By having the local dealership put it on (I have it in writing) I was told that the hardtop is covered under the factory warranty and will be covered after that if i get the extended warranty.

It was just put on last night and i am very pleased with the look on a Rio Yellow.

IMHO The S2000 should never have been a convertible to begin with but thats just my opinion.
Different strokes for different folks.
