one thing you can do is to remove the seal on the hardtop, then you can move the rail out towards the window by loosening the screws, if you have the PDF file for the hardtop installation it will show you how.

I don't think its the seals guys. I think the hardtop needs to be adjusted. Does anyone have pics/diagram of how to adjust the way the hardtop sits on the car?

I don't quite understand EXACTLY where it's leaking. Is it leaking in the rear? The front?

To adjust the hardtop, here's what you do:
1. Remove the rear side panels. They are snapped in with clips. Pull outward firmly and you will see 4 bolts. I believe they are 12mm and 14mm. On each side of the hardtop, 2 bolts screw down, and 2 bolts screw toward the outside. You want to loosen all of those bolts on both sides of the hardtop.
2. Release the hardtop's rear levers.
3. Unlatch the front two latches and have the hardtop just "sit" on the car.
4. From outside the car on the side, look where the side of the hardtop lines up with the rear fender.
5. When the hardtop is RELEASED (levers on the insides are toward the front of the car), there should be a certain amount of millimeters spacing between the hardtop and the fender. Search the Hardtop posts here for the exact measurements. With the hardtop is LOCKED (levers on the insides are towards the rear of the car), the space should be a certain number of millimeters.
6. Find out what those measurements are when the hardtop is released and adjust the 8 bolts inside. Once you have the RELEASED spacing down, tighten all 8 bolts. Then go ahead and LOCK the hardtop.

That should be it. It really shouldn't leak unless there's some leakage towards the front. In that case, do what the above posters are talking about. Use the Honda grease, it works well.

This is the basic install instruction.

I have not found the Roof Position Adjustment instructions on line. It's two pages in the Honda Service Manual.

Its too late today to get pics of my car, so I just used a pic from that one thread and circled where the leak is on my car.

I can get pics of my car tomorrow if needed.

Anyways, here is approximately where it is leaking, its where the bottom right portion of the driver's side window meets the hardtop:

pretty quick job too.. loosen the three bolts on the latch, have a friend push down on the top while you retighten the bolts. adjust until it's tight again, and don't slam the door the first time you check it in case you got it too low and the window slams into the hardtop.

well pretty much the same idea.. take off the hardtop.. loosen both latches and scoot them backwards. there is play in the design of the mounting hardware, I imagine because every car has it's little differences. try it and see what happens. you can always put it back the way it was before.

These are the brakets to adjust. Loosen bolts l for front to back / up and down - K for left and right adjustment . You have to remove the Hard Top Pillar trim to see them.
