Thanks for all the help guys. I tried loosening those bolts, but it still didn't really move at all.

Here are some pics I took:

Am I just doing something wrong? When I loosened the bolts, every time I got it to move in place the front part of the hardtop (where it meets the top of the windshield) would pop out of place...

Any more suggestions/tips?

I think you linked the wrong pictures. Those are of a nail in your tire. Did you make sure you unlatched the front two latches first? Without those being loose, you're not moving the hardtop anywhere. It should move side to side and front to back quite a bit with all those 8 bolts (4 on each side) loosened.

Oops. Pictures fixed.

Here are the right ones again:

Anyways, yes, I unlatched the two front latches too, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but its not moving much at all... Are the back latches suppose to be unlatched too or not?

Looks like the top needs to be pulled up more. The metal supposed to line up to the door seam/line. Sounds like you have to adjust the rear bolts to the chassis then readjust the front catchers. Do you get wind noise?

Got pics of where the HT meets the windshield?

They would probably charge you an hours labor. If you do this, have them guarantee that there will be no more leaks when done. If you have time on your hands, you can probably fiddle with it and may eventually solve the problem yourself and save yourself a $100 bucks or so.

I just called them and they said it would be $45, and thats assuming it takes 30 minutes or less and doesn't require replacing any parts. But I think it just needs adjustments, so it shouldn't take longer than that. I'm willing to pay $45 for no leaks and a lot less wind noise...

I took the car in to my local Honda dealership, and they called and I kid you not, they claim they can't fix it. They claim they don't have the proper tools or some bs like that... I couldn't believe it...

I asked them if they could just adjust it and the guy told me something like "these tops can't be adjusted very much". Then when they called after looking at it for awhile they said something about needing special tools. These people are wacko...
