Hardtop question

Does it matter what year hardtop I buy? Will they all fit with the proper mounting kits?

I have a MY00 S.

yes, i believe so.

the kits vary, but not the hardtop itself.

One shape fits all. It's the mounting kit that differs. The 00 has a retrofit kit you have to buy.
