I got thrown out my Type R by a cop and he placed his foot on my back while swearin' at me. I was racing but as soon as I saw the cop car, I slammed on the break and pulled over. I was polite and everything and he still did what he did...maybe he was in a really bad mood, but what could I do???

my neighboor is a cop and he happened to pull me over once...when he saw me in my driver seat, he just asked me to slow down and let me go... it was the only few times I got pulled over without getting a ticket. btw My insurance is about 9000USD a yr, as much as a new civic.

Straight up...cops and I don't mix. Every cop that's pulled me over has been an @SS!!! Maybe because I'm Asian and young looking (25 y.o.). I've never had one good experience with a cop yet. Get this, my wife and I got pulled over driving my S home from the dealer!!! F*ckin' cop and his partner were on a crossing street perpendicular to the street I was traveling on. They had their blinkers on getting ready to make a left turn. I know for a fact that I was not speeding...and I saw the cop car since I was approaching it. Right after I pass them, they change their blinker to turn right and follow me. You just know it when them bastards are going to follow you. They followed me for about 2 miles...during this whole time, I did not even break one traffic law. They finally turn their lights on and pull me over, the male cop was a real @ss...didn't give me a reason for pulling me over or anything. I said "Officer, why am I getting pulled over?" and he just said "I need your licenses and insurance card". The female cop was a little better as she was scoping out the car and chatting with my wife. The A-cop thought he was all bad @ss...then couldn't think of anything to give me a ticket for...so he said "I'll let you off with a warning"....A WARNING FOR WHAT??? he never even said what the f*ck I did wrong.

Get this, after he gets done looking at my drivers license, he says "hey I have a buddy that lives really close to your house"..."what kinda car is this?"..."is it new?"..."is it fast?"

I'm sure most cops are nice and all...see these ones I can stand...cause they don't pull people over for nothing or racial profiling. It's the ones that act like they are the sh*t...judge, jury, and executioner type A-holes that I have a problem with. The ones that act like they have to be a bad@ass infront of their partner...it's like they are trying to impress them or what?

Sometimes, I just wanna put a cap in their @ss to remind them that they are not almighty. Most times, I just wanna say to them..."quit hiding behind your badge and lets see who's still standing when it's all over with"

Hey s2k, I'm like you. Every experience with cops has been a bad one for me. Like I mentioned, I've been harrassed several times in other cars, one of them being a Type R. Its amazing out of my 11 years of driving, the only ticket I've ever gotten was for failing to yield and that was in a BMW.

Dude, chill on that bustin caps stuff. I know its just talk butt.....

Did you read my post Dario?? Yes there is a seatbelt law in NJ, but as someone else pointed out, pulling you over on the suspicion of not wearing a seatbelt is hokey unless it is piled on with speeding/careless driving, etc. BTW how can a cop see that in the s2000 when there is a)lots of traffic b)everyone going 65+ c)i am wearing black in an all black interior car with the top up?

His whole reason for pulling me over is to check out my car. Sorry, but that is not flattering to me. I don't like having the tree flashing at me and pulling me over. It is embarrassing to me. I do everything pretty much to the tee...so there shouldn't be a reason to pull me over. He waisted a good 20 minutes of my time. I am not out to impress anyone with my car...sure the occasional glance from someone is appreciated, but I don't go outside trying to find people to paw all over my car. I purchased it for my enjoyment, no one else's. I'm not sure about you, but my time is valuable, and I don't appreciate it being wasted by someone for no good reason. Like I said, if he wanted to check out the s2000, go to a dealership...the highways are not the place to do it. I have nothing but the utmost respect for police officers, however, there badge does not give them carte blanche.

Oh and yes...I was wearing my seatbelt.
