LOL, cali is the land of harasment especially near cities with TONS! of civics riced out to the max, then ANY import is targeted, and if you have exhaust forget about it. I have been pulled over so many times, any time I see a cop, I expect to get pulled over.

That being said, exhibition of speed and reckless driving are totally up to the cop, its your word against theirs, I have a friend who got exhibition of speed in his TOYOTA TERCEL 1987, because he hit a speed bump to fast, he went to court and fought it and lost, never did his community service and went to jail for a couple of days, all because a cop said he was going to fast. I wouldnt recomend being a smart ass because they can give you a ticket for something, noise pollution (ive got that one for my stock system turned up half way), modified exhaust ETC, they will find something.

I HATE 98% of cops, they are assholes on power trips, But there are a few that I absolutely appreciate thank for their service they provide to the community

I got a stupid ticket for putting uponone wheelie on my Ducati in Beverly Hills once and I wasn't even over the speed limit. That's one place where they got more cops than people living there. They were very courteous when giving me the ticket though. Had a friend who lived there and he drives a 911. He told me he accidentally went through a red light, and the cop gave him a pass because he looked well dressed and had a BH address. Then there are other LA cops. If I was black, I'd be ridin' a bicycle cuz I'd be afraid I'm gonna get the $hit beat out of me or worse, shot!

Zsa Zsa Gabor? She's so done at the time, she needed the attention. But I think those guys take some extra class in temper control or something unlike the cops that go ballistic at the start. If I was being a smarta$$, I bet they would've came down on me like Kobe on white pu$$y. I witnessed a fender bender once in BH and in 5 minutes there was like 10 cruisers on scene.
