Default Have you ever been spit on?

I got spit on today while riding. The event was caught on camera. I stopped the bus and got the info so I could file a report with the school. I told the kid if he apologized that I would let it go. They did not apologize.

It made me wonder have any of you been spit on while driving your S with the top down?

It's funny this thread just came up... A couple days ago I was waiting at a left turn light, and the straight lane had a green light, and someone passed by me and spit on my car with me and my girlfriend in it. Luckily our windows were up at the time. Definitely not a good experience regardless.

Got spit on by someone driving in the opposite direction in a late model TL. The guy waited til he got close enough and leaned out the window and spit right on my fender. I wasn't sure what happened at first until I got home a few minutes later and was furious. I'm actually glad I didn't check while he was still in sight or I would have turned around and it would have been bad....

In some jurisdictions, that constitutes assault. Call the prosecutor and see if the little @$$wipe can be prosecuted.

when i was a kid my best friend threw a peanut m&m at a car from the bus and it cracked the windshield. i still remember his dad picking him up from school SUPER PISSED because he had to pay for a new windshield.

why is this story relevant? because kids do stupid stuff, it is part of growing up. i can understand your frustration, but just remember your not dealing with an adult here. had it been an adult that would be a completely different story in my book.
