somewhat agreed.

he did have to work off the near $150 by washing windows for minimum wage, haha so he didn't get off the hook.

still i think when people get older they look back on the things they didn't get caught for and see how they were wrong. i know i got away with some stuff in life i regret doing...

why is this story relevant? because kids do stupid stuff, it is part of growing up. i can understand your frustration, but just remember your not dealing with an adult here. had it been an adult that would be a completely different story in my book.
I agree with you. I am not frustrated. I didn't intend to come off that way. I believe the school will handle the situation just fine. I don't think the kid should be prosecuted for spitting on someone. That would probably cause a lot more harm then good.

I have a great life and a lot of things have been going my way recently. Maybe I deserved to be spit on lol. I don't really have time to worry about it. It just crossed my mind that maybe kids would try to spit on S2000 drivers because of the open top! So I decided to ask you guys.

Kids on my bus went thru a phaze of throwing batteries at passing cars..and of all the cars hit, it was a semi truck that turned around and stopped the bus. Kid was arrested, and expelled.

To OP's original question, no, but I did spit on a kid in 4th grade who was pushing me around for no reason.

If he spit on my face or my car, I would be pissed enough to probably call his parents and deal with the school. I wouldn't assault the kid though. Controlling your anger is always important. His parents will probably get divorced lol.

FuX no I've never been spit on. However, I did have a kid throw a pencil out of a bus window once. Landed right on my shirt. For the first few secs I was like, WTF!? Shortly after, all I could do was laugh and think, damn kids are bad as shit these days, and they sure can throw. lol

I got my s2000 when i was 17, i had a guy lean out of his truck (lift kit worth more than the POS truck) at a light and spit chewing tobacco on my hood the 3rd week i had the car. i flipped shit, cussed him out, and ended up calling the police with his plate number. Nothing ever came of it, but considering a 35+ year old man spits on a teenagers car for no apparent reason i was pretty damn mad. Drove home and washed it off immediately.

A guy spat his backwash from outside his car window at a pollo broke-o parking lot in June. When I confronted him about it he claimed that he didn't see me even though that I was parked next to him and in plain sight. Oh yeah and he didn't apologize. People now a day...

Not this time (yet), but early on when I had the MY2000 I was driving on I 464 in Norfolk, VA with the top down on a nice spring day. There was a pickup truck in front of me and I could see the driver spitting out the window, not once or twice, but multiple times. It seemed he was trying to get his spit in the airflow so that it would land on the Honda. I say this because he would tilt his head back and try to spit out the window and straight up into the air. He missed.

You should have spit back at them as soon as they said they werent going to apologize. Kids dont give a f@#k these days and i bet you $10 nothing is going to really happen to the kid with the cops. No I have not been spit on. We are allowed to carry guns on us in AZ
