First thing I thought was, "Did I beat the ever-loving-sh!t of some one for being spit on"? That's what you might as well have been asking me.
I say follow through til' it gets back to his parents. Period.
Spitting on anyone is the most disrespectful thing you can do to anyone. You can be damn sure he'll know that if you follow up and so will a lot of others from the kid telling the story.

 

I didnt get spit on, but I did get spat *at*.
Some douche was jaywalking, cutting between parked cars as I was driving passed and he did not even slow down to look for traffic. He almost clipped ME as I went by and then spat at me. I slammed on my brakes and turned to look at him and asked him what the *(&$ was his problem and he did a great "Heyyyy I'm walkin' here!"

I told him to use a crosswalk next time and to quit being a dickhead before driving off.

 

never been spit on before in my car, but getting spit on is fighting words. One person only done it to me in my life and he had what coming to him right after.

 

I use to do that when I rode the school bus lol

 

The kid was suspended for a couple days and now he has to ride in the front of the bus for the rest of the school year. LOL

 

never been spit on but I ran into a gas station to grab a gatorade real quick and when I came back I found chewing gum on my passenger seat.

 

Some busted ass redneck truck was driving in front of me and we were doing about 55. He spit out his window and it landed right on my windshield. I'm not sure if he was trying to hit me, but I held my entire arm up out the car and flipped him off for the next 3 minutes straight till we turned separate ways. Made my arm hurt, lol.

 

people are mad disrespectful these days what the f***, that honestly upsets me but never had that done hopfully wont happen neither.. i hope that kid gets what he deserves as well...

 

They won't prosecute a juvenile for this, although the kid will definitely get several rations of $&!# over it, especially from the school. My 1st grader was caught spitting at a kid's shoes after the kid kicked him in the "plums". I had to talk to the principal about the issue.

My solution is sending my son to Judo. Instead of spitting, he can choke the little brat out...
