Default Headlight wont turn on

Can anyone shed some light on this? After clearing out my headlights, i started to develop some moisture in my driverside housing. After a week or so, that headlight wouldn't turn on correctly, it would start flickering, and not come on. I replaced the ballast, thinking that was the cause of the problem, but now, the headlight wont even flicker or turn on. I've tried the following, using the driver side bulb in the passenger side housing, and it worked, also, I tried using the entire housing in the passenger side hookup, and it turned on! So, I'm thinking I might've blown some kind of fuse in the driver's side. Does anyone have any insight in this? Thanks.

check the fuse and get another driver side headlight. or get another driver side hookup.

edit:
check the fuse for it. and go to honda tell them it's their fault for making such a crappy headlight and they should have cleared it in the first place. then if that doesn't work ask which fuse is the driver side headlight. replace it. and if that doesn't work just buy a new headlight(driver side) if that doesn't work put the orange diffusers back on. and go back to honda and tell them my headlights don't work. and it's their fault for making a crappy headlight. if they still don't fix it then you're spammed

Does anyone have the service manual online? Or, can somebody fill me in on which fuse is the driver side HID one? Thanks.

the moisture was because you didnt seal the headlight properly, did you use silicone to reseal the light after they were cleared? this probably lead to the wiring getting messed up from moisture....

I have seen this, check the ground plug or the fuse.... make sure they are plugged in real tight!! I really don't think water did this! I had my headlights out for a week and even washed my car w/the plugs there (tried to avoid them of course) but it never hurt them and 8 mos later they still work just fine!!
