I am attempting to change my pads. I went to my local autoshop to get a pad seperator/piston tool. The tool has a flat metal piece which is roughly the size of a brake pad and it has a screw (same sorta screw as you would find on a c clamp). I put it in the caliper and try to screw it up snug against the piston, and that is a far as it goes... I can't tighten in any further, and the piston is clearly not retracted. And will not budge..

What can I do? I leave at 2pm pacific time on sunday to drive up to thunderhill, and right now, I can't even get the old pads back on.

HELP!

luckly the nsx and s2k brakes are very similar.

For those who don't know, you turn the pistion clockwise to retract it.

This is how the brakes on almost all of my previous Hondas work. The first time I changed my pads on my 90 Prelude SI I did the same thing.
Glad to see you figured it out. Have fun.
