If ap1 has a new top, I would buy that one. If you buy the ap1 and the top/window cracks or gets damaged then your resell may be hit down the road.

However, the ap1 seems like a better deal. 110k is not that many miles. I bet the guy can ask about 1,000 more for it in the right location.
