Regarding the trade-in value, if the dealers in your area are able to get $30K for a used 2000, then I would expect they would offer you $28K or less. They would want to make at least 2 grand on resale of your trade. (assuming there is no previous paint work on your car.)

Dover Auto World (Honda/Audi/Chevrolet/Porsche) in Dover, NH has one right out front. Saw it today. They've always sold their cars at not a dime over MSRP, so try them if you like. (603)742-1676 is the number, ask for Honda sales.
I used to know a couple salesmen there, but they've since left. Sue Garland is head of Service though, she's a great lady. I know the Service dept. has little to do with Sales, but it might help... Tell her Chris Seipt says hi.

Peter's Honda, Nashua, NH has a Y/B they received it last week. Call 1-800-622-1166 and ask for Leon he is the great salesman. I bought my last 4 cars there, great dealership.
