Help me S2Ki...your my only hope!
I don't know if this is irrelevant but Toyota Dealers seems to be helping
their customers a lot better than HONDA dealers do.. well that is at least
to my experiences while I owned my 2001 Celica and all of other bunch
of friends that owned 7th Gens. I don't know why Honda dealers should
be any different than Toyotas, after all HONDA does sell in huge volumes
just like Toyotas do... HONDA seems to be forgetting the simple principle
in services industry "CUSTOMER IS THE KING" deal...
Like I said in prior post, you do what you gotta do and best of luck to
you. Eventually you both will reach an end where you both agree to
something reasonable.

What I want to know is who is responsable for maintaing honda certified standards.
In CA you can sign and pay for a vehicle, but until you take it off the lot it's not a done deal, you have up until that point in the deal to change your mind. I know this isn't worth much now, but for future reference.
If you already have the new bumper try to get them to comp you a few bucks and pay to have it painted.
When you have time put a big decal saying "don't do business with honda of XXXX and salesperson XXXX", mail them a few pix of you driving around. That will help sway things in your dirrection hopefully.
good luck.
