HELP NEEDED: Anybody know whereabouts of ace039 ?
Hello,
I'd be grateful for any information that may enable me to get my money back/ stop other board members being potentially ripped-off
Bought Goods in the 'Marketplace' and never received them!
I am trying to reach another board member who I purchased goods from on 26th July via PayPal. Although the funds were received and he confirmed by pm the goods have never been received. The seller (ace039) confirmed despatch by overland although I had paid a premium for USPS Air. After an initial reply where he offered to make a claim on insurance for the goods I have heard nothing. I have asked for tracking details plus insurance numbers since the sale date but no reply. I have tracked all emails and none have been opened for the last 2-3 weeks.
If I am to make a claim I need to get some details from him for USPS. Also, if I am to get a trace done by USPS or the UK Postal Service I need to get some details from him. Finally, if the goods were never sent it would also be good to know and warn others. I also believe that the forum moderators may be considering how any future matters of this nature in a 'club' based upon trust are handled.

So, if anyone out there knows ace039 and can ask him to reply I would be very grateful.
ps. I have checked all his posts and activity and know he has not been on the forum for at least 2-3 weeks. Last mention was when he was preparing to defend himself at court for a traffic violation....

I would be happy to help I dealt with him once or twice and actually saw him driving his car the other day. He is usually driving around my shop. When I see him I will definitely get some info. I might also have his number laying around my house. Let me look today. I sold him a sub box about 4 months ago..
