I work in the area that he lives, I believe at least. I see him every once in a great while. If I see him, I'll try and track him down. At least get his license plate number. For what it's worth, I have seen him in the Englewood Cliffs/Fort Lee, NJ area.

He drives a red S2000. Has blonde hair. That's all I know since I've only seen his head since he is in his car. I remember from a post a long time ago that he drives a jeep also. He's a young guy also.

There's the story and I'm $xxx worse off for it!

Just looking to get something back now - but highly unlikely!
Its made me very cautious of buying on the board - I'd like to see a vendor rating system started to stop this sort of thing (like refernces you take up in business). Would you buy a $2500 second hand supercharger off a new member - I know I wouldn't but someone may - they may be OK, they may not!
This needs regulation for new and old board members alike

Hope this answers the story
Man, I wish you would have pm'd me first and asked if this guy was ok to deal with...I think that I bought something from him right before you. He shipped me the product as promised, but he gave me false information about the product weight, color, finish, just about everything, and I was a bit dissappointed when I got it. I hope that he has a good explanation for your sake, and that you do get some sort of reimbursment for your payment.

Bryons2000,
If you indeed did purchase something from him might you have a return address from the shipping carton or envelope - I know this seems obvious but any info would be appreciated - I will sick my Dog on him !

the guy lives .75 miles from me..

im definately not about to go over and "rough" him up or anything.. but i may be able to help you in other ways..

i have an englewood cliffs phone book in front of me , its too bad that the guy has horrible penmanship.. i cant read his last name.

like bryon said.. there has to be a reasonable explanation for this, if the reason was indeed to screw you over, contact the local authorities in englewood cliffs.. mail fraud is a federal offense.

That was one of the reasons I had for scanning rather than typing his name for fear that I may interpret it wrong. Good luck.

Should this scan not have been better sent by PM? Isn't it poor form to post a person's address on an open forum even though he "may" be a crook and a thief. This has not yet been proven although it's good that the forum member knows that there is a problem with dealing with this guy.
