Having gone back and re-read all the replies, especially the ones from "ace" and how he's pissed that we all jumped to conclusions, all I can say is, "He still hasn't gotten his head out of his ass to prove anybody wrong!"

I would hate for it to ever come to this, but it seems like a trip to the local courthouse is in order. This obviously fits the small claims court jurisdiction, and might get you some money. Print out this entire thread and take it with you, as he has basically admitted he owes you that money, but is showing no real signs of getting it to you...not even a payment plan.

Small claims court might be difficult from another country. Good luck Maca.

Hmmmm.... I was very surprised to do my usual check and find this thread at the top of the list again. Ace, you had your chance to gain your credibility back but you f**ked up..... again. As I read back through again, I just couldn't help but think you are full of shit. Now, one month later, my suspicions are confirmed. Well, JMO anyway. Don't ever expect me to do business with you and I am sure that all others following this thread feel the same.

Hey ace039,

you have proven yourself to be..

#1 A LIAR.

#2 A THIEF.

#3 A POOR EXAMPLE OF THE S2000 COMMUNITY.

I would suggest that you...

#1 RETURN THE MONEY YOU STOLE

#2 APOLOGIZE PUBLICLY

#3 REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THIS BOARD AND DON'T COME BACK, YOU ARE UNWELCOME HERE.

Perhaps I am wrong but from what I have read on this thread I stand behind my statments.

I am curious. Is this still an issue or has it been resolved?

We are getting close to closing this. Ace has made contact and we are working out how he can pay - hoping that this will all be settled through Western Union....soon
I will update this thread when all is done
