Recently my car makes this "Click" noise in the suspension when I step on brake little hard.
It only happens when I move my car back and forth in the parking lot with steering turning right and left.

It's like this..
I backing up from the parking lot turning slightly to left and I step on brake.."CLICK"
Put in first gear and roll out turning to right then I step on brake.."CLICK"
Harder I brake, the louder the "click" noise..
It only happens when I go back and forth...
No "click" noise in normal driving.

is this normal?
I like to find out what is the problem before I bring my car for warrenty fix and I thought I should ask you guys first.

My car clicks but i think it is the cv joint that needs to be retorqued. I think there was a service bullitin out for it.

both my s2k and accord do this. its just the brake pads making noise. everytime you change direction, it will "click".


i also have driven brand new '03 accords at my job and they do the same thing. don't worry about it.

if it only clicks when you turn the steering wheel, then you got cv joint problems.

I thought CV joints were only on FWD cars? Or are all "steering joints" called CV-joints?

Had the same problem the dealer said the splines in the rear end needed lubed.

They lubed them and the clicking noise went away.

I have this problem but mine does it when I take off. Its about three clicks.
I will give it gas turning to the left and you'll here the clicks and it will even do it when I go in reverse.
