Sorry for the delay with updates but not much has happened so far anyway.

Suit was filed against Metro Toyota which included a class action complaint on 4/15/05.

Dealerships insurance provider contacted my lawyer last week looking to settle.

Nothing further at this time.

 

Settle with the insurance in the form of a new S2000 for you and a new S2000 for your Lawyer. And tell em it has to be in Moon Rock and Monte Carlo Blue.

Also, tell them that they have to be fitted with the current 9,000rpm F20C.

I applaud you, Firestarter. I just read the entire thread for the first time. After all the positive and negative feedback, and people telling you to do different things, you stuck with it and will hopefully see something go your way soon. I would have been just as mad, and thought about legal action but in the end I would have probably just sat back and taken the wholesale deal like a pussy. I think it's great that you've pursued this and I truly hope to see you come out in the positive.

BTW, how's your new ride?
