I'll be receiving an offer letter and confidentiality agreement today. I have not seen either but expect the offer to be about $3k plus all legal expenses. As explained before this is my lost oportunity cost. My out of pocket legal costs not covered by the settlement will be near $250.
I'm happy as it looks like things are comming to a close. I'm not happy though that the class action suite will be dropped. This would have been minimal gain for me but would really have shown a bright light on their, can we say "unsatisfactory business practices".
