Hmm im not that sensitive. Well the rattle of the soft top doesn't really bug me. I just wanted to know if that was normal or not. same with the other couple of things. Just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with the car.
Don't chance it though, take it to the Honda dealer, or post in you're local forum and meet up with another owner to let him listen.
By chance are your windshield washers on?
When mine are on Int, the relay clicks everytime they go. I never looked into it because I don't usually drive the car in the rain, and when I do I end up forgetting about it.
The sound is normal when they are on low or high...or the mist. I only get the relay noise on INT.
But if you wipers aren't on, then this wouldn't be it.
Best bet is to have a friend hop in the car with you and got for a spin. Have you friend video tape it. That way we can hear the noises. A rattle or a clicking could be anything.

relax guys.. it perfectly normally. You drive a HONDA, and ours is not designed for passenger comfort. Try the civic. Its quieter and comfy.
And alot of hondas are actually real quite and comfortable. I cant even hear the engine in my friends ridgeline, feels like its riding on air compared to the s2k. But the point is that yes the s2k is a very noisy car and its normal to hear a bunch of rattles and such.
