I printed the hex layout labels. If anyone is interested in a set of 3 (in case of a mistake), send me a Private Message. I'll respond with my address. All I need is a self addressed stamped envelope. Some may receive red, others black. I printed some of each.
I would go with GR8 and drill the holes 5/32". The chamfer would be easy enough to do by hand with a larger bit. I use this trick with woodwork. Don't use a drill. If it bites it will go right through.
