i notice when i turn on my headlights, the driver side seems to start up quicker and the passenger seems to be a little slower and appear to be more yellow (halogen-like) as it starts up

what could this be? bulb needs replacement? or ballast? (i hope its not the ballast)

ill try to take a vid of it a post it up later

 

i probably shoudlve posted this in under the hood...since headlights ARE under the hood lol
