I really think you guys need to back off on Sunchild. There are an increasing number of immigrants in this country (legal and non) that do NOT know how or want to know how to fit into an orderly society. They go about there business without regard for others or any obligation to the community. This is not a race, color, or creed issue, it is all about the introduction of a disruptive population into a civilization that is difficult enough to survive without them.
